This option is for women that want to learn how to defend themselves but don't like the group option. This gives you the opportunity to learn with a few friends, colleagues or family members in a small group setting. This option can accommodate 1 to 6 people.

This option is for women that want to share this experience with their family, work colleagues, or with their sports team. This is for you and nine other women to have a bonding experience that you will remember for the rest of your lives.

If you can't make the times allotted for the course then this option is for you. We will come up with a time that works for both of our schedules. Whether it be alone or with a friend the choice is yours.
